The hard part is done. You've finished writing your book and are ready to have it printed!
Now what? Here's the answer in four easy steps.
Step 1: Quote.

Step 2: Prepare.
Once you have completed your book, just send us your files. It's easy to submit your electronic files and they automatically tie in with your quote, so we know exactly what you want when your files arrive. If we have any questions we will contact you directly.
Step 3: Proof.
Our pre-press department will take care of setting up the job to run efficiently through production, but before the presses start running, you will receive a PDF proof. This is your chance to double check that everything is just right before going to press.
Step 4: Print.
Your customer service representative has confirmed the answers to any questions that may have popped up and you have given the OK to go to press. Our production staff will impose, print, cut, collate, assemble and bind your books efficiently.

PREPARE
At this point you've decided to move forward and have your book printed. To do so, we'll need your electronic files in order to make a proof.
So just how do you send your files to Colorwise?
When you request a quote, the bestbookprinting.com website stores that information in order to automatically fill out the file submission form. Just click here and enter your quote number and email address. The next page will allow you to send us your files. The Colorwise Best Book Printing Team will take it from there.
PROOF
So you've received your quote and have logged in and submitted your files. Now just sit back and relax. Our staff will review everything about the job and confirm that we have what we need to produce your book and will contact you about payment methods and to iron out any final details as needed. Your job is then handed over to our pre-press department and they are left to work their magic. Within 48 hours, you will receive a PDF proof. Carefully review the file and when everything is in order, reply to the email that you received. That's it - now it's off to the press room.
Here's where the advantage of Colorwise Hybrid Printing comes into play. Your book job is split into two different jobs. The inside pages will be prepared for and sent to our high quality digital presses. Our team quality checks your job throughout the course of the run taking great care to double check all aspects of the product.
In the meantime your book's cover files are setup to run on our commercial offset presses. Our job planning team considers coverage, resolution, line screen, density, paper stock, grain direction and a number of other variables before they commit your book to production. When they are satisfied that the best plan of action has been reached, they release it to the press room. Our experienced and well trained production staff take it from there. They ensure a quality product in a timely fashion.
Ship... Once your book is printed, all that's left is shipping. Sometimes our customer needs all of their books drop shipped to a distributor. Or they may want a split shipment with several boxes shipping directly to their book signing and the rest shipped to their home. Maybe they don't have enough room to store all of their books or have a need to ship several boxes a week to several different book stores.
